Ebb Tide Motel

We are very pleased to announce our upcoming album called "Ebb Tide Motel" which is a concept album based on Ocean Beach, CA... a place we call home. We started this record as an acoustic album and as a way to push ourselves musically and emotionally. When starting the writing process, the only thing we knew we did not want to do is just record acoustic versions of songs we already played, but rather record and write a record rooted in acoustic instruments and written for acoustic instruments. Ironically, through the process we actually took some of the songs into the studio and completely ditched the acoustic influence and recorded them as a full band. It just goes to show you cant control your inspiration. For those of you that don't know the Ebb Tide Motel, it is a place by the ocean that is a half way house to reality... either heading to or away from. We don't have a release date, but soon come.
